Date/Time of Symptom Onset with Approximate Pertinent Negative. . . Why can I not enter a Date and Time

When Date/Time of Symptom Onset is required it cannot be left blank if "Appropriate" is selected.

To enter a Date/Time "Approximate" must be de-selected to enter data in the Date/Time field.

Once the Date/Time is entered "Approximate" can be selected if needed.
