Lock Signature Date/Time

All signatures will require a locked Date/Time.  The Date/Time Signature Locked field is read only and will only be completed by clicking the Lock Signature Button above.   

Click Lock and Close to lock the signature:

NOTE:  Once the the signature is locked it cannot be unlocked or deleted.
