Where do I document Medical Record/Registry/MCI numbers in Elite?

The Medical Record/Registry/MCI Numbers Type grid is where you will document the information.   This grid is located in the Outcome panel under Patient Care.

You can also utilize the search function (located in the upper left corner of the template) to easily search and navigate to that panel.  Once the search locates what you are searching for click the box to navigate to that panel.

The example below is for a Trauma Registry Number

1. Click the Add button

2. Choose "Trauma Registry" and enter the number

3.  Click OK when done
