IMT Update: Address Labels

Update Description:  In order to better communicate documentation needs, an update will be made to the PCR form in IMT. Under the Patient Demographics → Patient Address section of the PCR form, the “Patient’s Home Address” label will now read “Patient’s Mailing Address”.

Rationale:
•This will match the label in MEDS and serve as a better visual cue for crews to capture necessary information.
•Homeless patients often have mailing addresses.
•Capturing an accurate mailing address can help avoid a bill going to collections. This protects your patient from undue financial burden and helps us provide better, more holistic care of your patient’s healthcare and social needs.
